Adrian Field

Adrian joined Perscitus in 2015. Prior to this he led the technology deal teams for several high-profile Family Office investors since 2012 having worked at Truffle Capital (leading VC investor in the European markets) since 2006 where he was jointly responsible for the Energy and Cleantech portfolio. Before this he worked at 3i in the Growth Capital team since 2005. Before turning to finance, he began his career as an engineer in various high-tech industries including submarine control systems and was on the core team for the EU hydrogen fuel cell bus program at Excellsis (acquired by Ballard Power Systems) where the company grew from 30 people to over 200 in 2 years. He holds a degree in Engineering (from McGill University), a Masters of Applied Science (UBC) and an MBA (EM Lyon Grand Ecole).

Candy Ashby

Candy joined the team in 2007 with a focus on Private Client tax, advising on offshore, residence, domicile and inheritance tax matters. Prior to this she worked at BDO and PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Chartered Tax Adviser helping HNW individuals and their companies with personal and corporate tax. Candy is a qualified Chartered Tax Adviser and holds a degree in Law from Warwick University.

Charles Shortland

Charles joined Perscitus in September 2016. Prior to this he had worked in the Private Equity team at Signia Wealth since 2013, completing a number of direct deals and fund investments across various sectors. He holds a BSc in Economic History from the London School of Economics. During his time at university, Charles completed a summer internship at Goldman Sachs within the Securities Division.

Charlotte Hough

Charlotte is the Executive Assistant to the team at Perscitus following 8 plus years at Better Capital LLP in a similar role.  Charlotte has a legal background, having completed her LLB at Southampton University followed by professional training and qualification.

John Jarvis

John joined the team in 2009. He is a Chartered Accountant, FCA with extensive senior management experience in multinational technology businesses and in the property and telematics sectors.

Richard Leighton

Richard joined Perscitus in June 2017 after four years at Better Capital where he worked on deals with a turnaround focus as well as holding board seats on numerous portfolio companies across different sectors. Prior to this he had worked in the Transaction Services team at Deloitte since 2008, advising clients on both buy and sell side due diligence. Richard is a qualified Chartered Accountant and holds a degree in Economics from the London School of Economics.

Sara Everett

Sara has worked for Jon Moulton since 1985 at Schroder Ventures and Alchemy Partners. Sara joined the family office in 2000 and is currently Head of Admin and Office Manager.

Spencer Moulton

Spencer joined Perscitus in 2014. Prior to this he worked at Signia Wealth Ltd, a multi-family office, in the private equity advisory program. Previous to this he worked in corporate broking at Seymour Pierce Ltd (now Cantor Fitzgerald Europe) and Astaire Securities Ltd (now Northland Capital Partners). Spencer has a BA in Human Geography from Kings College London and an MA in International Business Administration from the Regents Business School, London.

Susan Woodman

Sue is a solicitor and General Counsel at Perscitus which she joined in 2018 after a year at Better Capital. Prior to that she was General Counsel at Equistone and Alchemy. Before joining Alchemy she was in private practice in the City. She is past Chair of the BVCA’s Legal and Technical Committee and currently on its Impact Investment  Committee. She is a former member of the Professional Standards Committee of Invest Europe. Sue has a degree in French from the University of Reading. 

Meghan Walsh

Meghan joined us in June this year as our Team Assistant. Previously she spent 3 years working for a Chinese Fortune 500 company.
